Where can we find you? You can find us at the following address: 164B Campului Street, Manastur, Cluj-Napoca. The map is displayed in the Contact section.
Do I need an ID? For the first consultation, you will need to complete a consent form, which includes details from your ID, so please do have an ID with you.
Do I need to bring a dental X-ray? It's not necessary to have an X-ray before coming to us. If you have older X-rays at home, you can bring them as they may be useful for diagnosis. We have the possibility to take X-rays in the clinic if needed.
What dental services do you provide? All our services are displayed in the "Services" section, separated by different specializations within the field.
If a problem arises after treatment, where can I contact you? The phone numbers are in the "Contact" section. If you find it inconvenient to call us, you can write to us on the same numbers via WhatsApp. We will respond as soon as possible.
What should I do if I forgot the instructions given by the dentist after the treatment? It's not a problem if you forget; you can write to us to find out the instructions again, or you can find the basic instructions after each major procedure in the "I Want to know" section on the website.
Can I bring a person whit me? You can come accompanied, but most of the time, the person won't be able to stay in the office unless the patient requires special assistance or if they are very young children. Accompanying persons will wait in the waiting room.
Can I bring my child if I have no one to leave them with at home? You can come together; we have a children's activity area if they are old enough to color. If not, we will do our best to complete our job even in the company of little ones.
Should I avoid eating before coming to the dentist No, it's actually important to eat before your appointment, as both treatments and anesthesia work much better and safer this way.
I haven't been to the dentist before, will the dentist judge me for that? Under no circumstances will we judge anyone, regardless of the condition of your teeth. We are glad you have found the courage to use our services, and we hope to alleviate this anxiety.
Do you treat children as well? Yes, we have a person specialized in treating children in our team and we love making the experience a pleasant one for our little patients.
Do you offer free consultation? We have different promotional offers at different times of the year, which you can follow on the homepage of this site.
